Shipping

  • Orders typically take about 3-5 business days to process and send out your orders. Your patience is greatly appreciated as I run Hello Spring Co alone. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email.

    If you did not receive a shipping/tracking confirmation, please email me at contact@hellospringco.com so I can send it to you manually.

  • US Shipping

    First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days) - $3.00 USD

    This delivery method DOES NOT provide a tracking number. You may select Priority Mail to ensure the delivery of your package!

    USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) - $9.00 USD

    Canadian Shipping

    First-Class Mail International (3-10 Business Days) - $6.00 USD

    International Shipping

    First-Class Mail International (7-21 Bussines Days) - $9.00 USD

  • Shipping times are dependent on where you're located in the world

    US orders take around 3-5 days after shipping.

    International orders take around 3-8 weeks after shipping depending on where you're located.

    Due to the COVID-19 situation, postage delays are to be accepted. Please keep your tracking information for updates! If you haven't received your order for more than 30 days, please contact me with your name and number on your order!

  • Yes, I do! I'm based in Illinois, USA, more info about the pricing of shipping can be found on this page. UPDATE: European Union shipping is unavailable.

    Check the info below about EU shipping. Be sure to take a moment and research shipping regulations in your county.

  • Please send an email with your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to contact@hellospringco.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  • No worries this happens if you're checking out via the phone.

    Just send a screenshot of your order (or your name and order #) to my email and I can manually send you the digital files.


EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING IS UNAVAILABLE

As of July 2021, EU VAT regulations enforce all imports to be subjected to tax in the customer’s country (see here for more details).

As an independent artist, I cannot undertake the task of remitting tax to every country individually, therefore I sadly cannot sell in the EU.

Shipping to non-EU countries within Europe is still available, but please research shipping regulations within your own country to better understand any potential customs or VAT fees.
